SHOWCASE OF OUR WORK

NORTH SEATTLE :This attic renovation was born after the homeowner saw the transformation we completed for their neighbor. Guided by the creativity of our CEO and designer, María Zarraonandia, and executed by construction director Elmer Ramírez and his skilled team, the project evolved into a full luxury suite.

The attic originally reached 8.7 ft at the center, but the sloped ceilings reduced usable space after 6 ft. To maximize comfort and functionality, we constructed two dormers, allowing us to design a spacious master bedroom and extend the layout by 4 ft to build a full master bathroom.
